We offer exchange or full refund (minus charges incurred such as credit card charges) on orders within 14 days of you receiving your items.

Products must be in their original condition, un-used and un-washed and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons skincare, teething goods, underwear and face masks cannot be returned. The return of mattresses, breast pumps and breast pump accessories will only be accepted if returned in the original sealed packaging.

Custom orders, products with customisation and made-to-order products cannot be returned.


All the refunds against any purchase through this website will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns should you choose to send the goods via courier. We can arrange this for you if you and charge the actual cost. To request a return collection, please email details to or whatsapp +971 50 907 5796.


If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until inspection is complete. A copy of the carriers written damage report is to be forwarded to Eggs & Soldiers.
