The Maxi Cosi Lara2 is great value for money. Cabin approved, suitable from birth right out the box, car seat compatible right out the box. Its all encompassing. No need to buy extra add ons. It is a simple, great quality ultra-compact travel stroller.
Whilst ultra-compact strollers are very convenient for the parent, i usually recommend parents to limit their use for travelling, for which they are designed. Since they are so tiny, they exclude a lot of the comfort features a more robust stroller would have - larger wheels and suspension, parent facing option, secure bassinet with sides, etc.
